I have received an email saying my requested changes have been made to my website design. Yet, when I click on the website link you provided or type my website address, I still see my old website design (or I cannot see the changes made to my website design)

Every time you access a website (or a file) through your web browser, the browser caches it (ie stores it on your computer). This means the websites (including any images on the page) do not have to be retrieved afresh from the web server each time you click the Back or Forward buttons or download the website again at a later date.

This may be the reason why you will not sometimes see the changes we have made to your site. If you are unable to see the changes that we have mentioned to your website, You should clear the cache.
